Matar Adventures collects information about its customers during the booking process through direct feedback via WhatsApp. Information provided by customers during the booking process such as their name, email address, and payment information provided is considered private, and Matar Adventures will not sell this personal information to third parties. This information will be used to process their booking in a timely fashion. 

Purpose of collecting information: For processing the booking request. To verify the costs of the services provided. To be able to contact our clients in case of any service-related changes. For billing purposes.

 Data Protection Policy: All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. The information provided by customers and visitors of The Kayak Club will be held only by The Kayak Club. Your information will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or any other promotional purposes. 

Use of your information: The information from our clients and visitors will be used by The Kayak Club for market analysis and production of internal reports, for marketing our products and services generally, and (subject to any objection or preference you may indicate when submitting your details to us) for sending information to you about our products and services from time to time.
