Reservation Policy

Booking Process:

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure a reservation, especially for dragon boat teams.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 2 days in advance.

In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the

company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations.

Late Arrivals and Early Departures:

Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental period or cancellation of the reservation.

Early departures and/or last minute cancellation will not result in refunds nor rescheduling.

Asset Usage Policy

Equipment Usage:

All equipment must be used in a safe and responsible manner.

Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment. Life jackets must be worn at all times, as required by law.

Facility Usage:

Customers must adhere to all posted rules and regulations. Food, drinks and Smoking are prohibited in certain areas to prevent damage.

Littering is strictly prohibited.

Safety Guidelines:

Obey all safety signs and warnings. Swimming is strictly prohibited.

Do not dive or jump into the water.

Avoid using electronic devices near water.

General Rules and Regulations

Conduct:

Customers must behave in a respectful and courteous manner.

 Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited on the premises.

Liability Waiver:

By using our services, customers agree to release the company from liability for any injuries or damages.

Photography and Videography:

Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only.

Commercial photography or videography requires prior permission.

Enforcement

The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules and regulations.

The company may impose additional fees or penalties for violations.
